Site Supervisor/Working Foreman

Carrick Construction are one of the UK’s leading experts in sports surface construction and also operate in the urban development providing build solutions for sustainable drainage and rain gardens.

We are currently looking for a Site Supervisor/Working Foreman to join our construction team based out of our Pershore depot.

This would suit anyone who has experience in the day to day running of construction sites with works including groundworks, civils, SUDS, natural and synthetic grass pitches, multi-use games areas and sports drainage projects.

Job Role & Responsibilities:

  • To supervise and manage the day-to-day activity of our construction site
  • Ensure all aspects of Health & Safety on site are maintained and adhered to
  • Ensure that the agreed project plan is managed and achieved
  • Manage client site relationships and maintain good communication throughout
  • Communicate effectively and clearly with all colleagues and staff

Candidates will need:

  • A full UK Driving Licence
  • CSCS/CPCS card
  • SMSTS Qualified
  • Previous experience working within the construction industry, previous experience of sports related projects would be advantageous.
  • Be prepared to travel to different UK locations and stay away from home when required.
  • Be a good communicator, organised, pay attention to detail and work well under pressure.
  • Maintain a tidy and safe working environment for all.

Pay: Rate subject to experience

Schedule:

  • Day shift – 7am until 4pm
  • Overtime – Will be required

Work Location: Site

Expected hours: 40.0 per week

Experience:

  • Construction: 2 years (preferred)

Licence/Certification:

  • Driving Licence (required)
  • CSCS/CPCS card (preferred)
  • SMSTS (preferred)
